The Society for Personality Assessment is dedicated to the development of methods of personality assessment, the advancement of research on their effectiveness, the exchange of ideas about the theory and practice of assessment, and the promotion of the applied practice of personality assessment.

SPA Foundation
The Society for Personality Assessment Foundation has been designated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Therefore, donations can be deducted as a charitable contribution on tax returns.
SPAGS
SPAGS
Students who are accepted as members in good standing of the SPA are members of SPAGS. Students applying for membership are understood to be enrolled in a regionally accredited graduate psychology program or a similar program from a previously agreed upon related field.

About Us - Board Nominations

Each January the Board issues a Call for Nominations from the membership. During the March Board Meeting, nominations submitted by members are used to put together a slate of candidates. A ballot is made available to the membership in April of each year, with the voting to be concluded by July 1. Those persons elected to the Board take office in September.
