The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, DC Campus is looking for instructors for their Personality Assessment course. The course covers the personality assessment tools most commonly used by psychologists, with a focus on the Rorschach and the MMPI-2.  The opening is for the spring semester course, which runs from January 17th- May 5th.  They are also interested in building a pool of potential instructors for future assessment-related courses. 2012-2013 Postdoctoral Fellowship in Clinical Psychology & Psychological Assessment. The Massachusetts General Hospital – Harvard Medical School Psychology Training Program invites applications for a one-year, full-time, Postdoctoral Fellowship in clinical psychology emphasizing psychological assessment. The fellowship is organized within the MGH Psychological Evaluation and Research Laboratory, a multi-faceted clinical assessment and research program serving adults with complex psychiatric and medical conditions. The fellowship focuses on advanced training in clinical psychological assessment and assessment research, but also offers supervised psychotherapy training and a range of didactic opportunities. Fellows primarily engage in supervised psychological assessment with adult psychiatric and medical patients. Through these evaluations Fellows gain in-depth supervised experience in all phases of psychological assessment (test administration, scoring, data integration, report writing and feedback) and interdisciplinary consultation. Fellows also acquire significant research training through active involvement in ongoing projects in the areas of test development, scale validation, and treatment outcome evaluation. Research training also includes mentoring in authorship and conference presentations.  Fellows are expected to possess an excellent professional demeanor along with strong clinical, research, and writing skills. PROGRAM DIRECTOR (ASSOCIATE/FULL PROFESSOR): We are seeking an innovative and proven academic leader for this APA-accredited program.  The Ph.D. program follows a scholar-practitioner training model and is housed within Alliant International University, which also endorses professional practice, competency based training models. This is a full-time position with a summer appointment, with one-half FTE spent in the teaching and mentoring of students and one-half FTE devoted to program administration.  The Program Director reports to the Dean of CSPP.  Responsibilities include: (1) ensuring delivery of a quality academic program, including the development and ongoing evaluation of the curriculum; (2) recruiting, developing, supervising, and evaluating staff and faculty; (3) working collaboratively with the Professional Field Training Office in planning and evaluating clinical field training experiences; (4) working collaboratively with admissions and enrollment management personnel to insure selection of well-qualified applicants; and with (5) student services personnel to ensure that registration, student orientation, financial aid, and other student services are responsive to student needs; (6) developing Annual Operating and Budget plans; and (7) ensuring that tasks related to APA accreditation are completed, including developing and writing self-study reports and submitting annual reports. Qualifications: Candidates must have a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from an APA accredited program, experience in teaching and mentoring in a graduate psychology program, academic administrative/leadership experience, a record of scholarly contributions to the field, and knowledge of and experience with the APA accreditation process.  Candidates should be licensed or license-eligible in CA.
