Abby L. Mulay

Abby L. Mulay, Ph.D. (she/her) is a licensed clinical psychologist and Assistant Professor in the Community and Public Safety Psychiatry Division in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences of the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). In her role at MUSC, she conducts a variety of forensic evaluations, provides expert testimony to the South Carolina Courts, supervises trainees in their forensic work, and maintains a small outpatient psychotherapy practice focused on personality disorders and interpersonal dysfunction. Her research interests include the dimensional assessment of personality pathology, forensic evaluation, and correctional mental health. She has been an active member of SPA since 2014 and is currently serving as a Representative-At-Large for the SPA Board of Trustees.
