Abstract

This presentation explores the application of Therapeutic Assessment (TA) with individuals diagnosed with Antisocial Personality Disorder (ASPD), a population known for presenting significant challenges in therapeutic settings. TA is a collaborative, client-centered approach that integrates psychological evaluation with therapeutic intervention. This presentation will discuss how TA can be adapted to address the unique characteristics of individuals with ASPD. This presentation will be exemplified through a case study of a client and their family, demonstrating how TA can promote self-reflection, insight, and therapeutic engagement.
