Professional Bio
Hi! My name is Kate (she/her) and I am a doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology Doctoral program at Indiana State University. I obtained my bachelors of arts degree in Neuroscience and Behavior from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York in 2016. I have been involved in several areas of research ranging from neurobiological research to neuropsychological personality research. My current research is on incorporating the MMPI-2-RF as an indicator of response bias in ADHD evaluations with a focus on the use of PVTs and SVTs. I am interested in incorporating personality assessment into my pursuit of Clinical Neuropsychology as my area of focus. My interest in Clinical Psychology developed from my childhood interest in the maladaptive thought processes and cognitive functioning. Outside of my clinical and academic work I enjoy birdwatching, watercoloring, walking my dog, and reading.
