Professional Bio
Savannah (she/her) is a fourth-year clinical psychology doctoral student at Eastern Kentucky University (EKU). Her clinical interests include forensic psychology, personality assessment, and rural mental health. She previously served as the legislative fellow for the Kentucky Psychological Association (KPA), where she advocated for policies aimed at improving access to mental health care and strengthening suicide prevention efforts across Kentucky. Her research broadly examines the validity and clinical utility of psychological assessment measures, with the goal of improving the accuracy and fairness of assessment practices across diverse populations. In addition to her doctoral training, Savannah serves as an adjunct instructor at EKU and works as a mental health clinician assisting with parental capacity evaluations. In her free time, Savannah enjoys reading, attending concerts, traveling, and spending time with friends and her cat, Daisy.
