Inside Perspectives to the Mentee-Mentor Relationship
SPA E-Learning Center | 2024 SPA Convention
Abstract
This new session at SPA offers an unique vantage point to the mentee/mentor relationship by bringing together three pairs of mentees and mentors whose relationships continue to develop at SPA. The session aims to create an interactive and inclusive environment where both the pairs and attendees actively contribute to the discussion, sharing insights, experiences, and expertise. The panel structure allows for a rich exchange of ideas, providing diverse perspectives on mentoring relationships and professional development. Mentees and Mentors will share their journeys, challenges, and key lessons learned, as well as offer their perspectives on the impact of mentorship on their personal and career development. Audience participation is encouraged through asking questions, which can be submitted on-site.
